Cancellation

You have booked and are looking forward to your holiday.

But then comes an important reason in between and you must move or cancel your scheduled trip.

To avoid a possible cancellation charges, we recommend, to take out a hotel cancellation insurance.

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged - up to 21 days before date of arrival 50 percent.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
